The Bal Panchayat consists of five children, each serving as a Panch. Together, they address and resolve issues that are difficult to solve individually. When a problem arises, the concerned child presents their case, and the Panchs make a collective decision, which is binding for everyone.
This committee is also responsible for maintaining order within Kilkari, ensuring the cleanliness of the building, canteen, and the behavior of the children, such as adherence to dress codes, wearing ID cards, mobile phone usage, and overseeing the work of the watchman. Additionally, they take care of the trees and plants on the premises. Membership in this committee is rotated periodically.
To promote moral values, every month, one child is honored with the title Crown of Kilkari for their exemplary behavior and contribution.

Library Operation Committee -The Library Operations Committee takes care of the library’s collection, selects new books, and ensures the library is well-managed. They also handle the purchase of new books. Like other committees, this group meets regularly each month to ensure the library operates smoothly and efficiently.

This committee is responsible for the operation and upkeep of the Gullak Bachcha Bank. It is composed of three key members: one manager and two deputy managers. Monthly meetings are held to ensure the smooth functioning and efficiency of the bank.
