किलकारी की ये नवीन पहलें बच्चों और प्रशिक्षकों के सोच को विस्तृत करती हैं, जिनमे से कुछ हैं-

Arsenic Removal Technology

To combat arsenic contamination in groundwater, the science children at Kilkari have developed the Magnetic Arsenic Removal Unit (MARU)—an eco-friendly technology for purifying drinking water. This technology has been granted four national patents and one international patent, and was featured in India Today in 2024.

भूजल में आर्सेनिक संदूषण को संबोधित करने के लिए, बिहार बाल भवन के विज्ञान के बच्चों ने एक मैगनेटिक आर्सेनिक रिमूवल यूनिट (MARU) विकसित की है, जो पर्यावरण के अनुकूल है | यह पीने के पानी से आर्सेनिक निकालने की एक सरल तकनीक है | इस तकनीक को चार राष्ट्रिय और एक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय पेटेंट मिल गया है | इंडिया टुडे ने वर्ष 2024 में कवरेज किया |

Gullak Bachcha Bank

Established in 2009, the Gullak Bachcha Bank is a child-run bank that allows children to open an account with just Rs 10. Managed entirely by the children through the Gullak Bachcha Bank Committee, this initiative teaches financial literacy and responsibility at an early age.

गुल्लक बच्चा बैंक-

गुल्लक बच्चा बैंक बच्चों द्वारा संचालित एक बैंक है जिसकी स्थापना किलकारी ने वर्ष 2009 में की थी | गुल्लक बच्चा बैंक में बच्चे अपना खाता मात्र 10 रूपए में खोल सकते हैं | इसकी देखरेख गुल्लक बच्चा बैंक समिति करती है जो बच्चों से ही संगठित है |

Mobile Library

To bring Kilkari’s educational activities to more children, the Mobile Library was launched. This mobile unit, equipped with books, sports equipment, and materials for painting and handicrafts, travels to various communities, schools, and localities. The goal is to foster interest in studies and arts, promote cleanliness awareness, encourage slum children to attend school, and connect them with Bal Bhavan.

चलंत पुस्तकालय -

किलकारी की गतिविधियों को ज्यादा बच्चों तक पहुँचाने के लिए चलंत पुस्तकालय शुरू किया गया। यह एक गाड़ी में किताबें, खेल सामग्री, पेंटिंग और हस्तकला की सामग्रियाँ लेकर बच्चों के पास जाती है। यह गाड़ी गली, मोहल्ले, स्कूल और अन्य जगहों पर जाती है और वहां 3 घंटे तक गतिविधियों का आयोजन करवाया जाता है। इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य बच्चों में पढ़ाई और कला के प्रति रुचि बढ़ाना, सफाई के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाना, स्लम के बच्चों को स्कूल में भेजना और उन्हें बाल भवन से जोड़ना है।

Exposure Class

After enrollment in Kilkari, children attend a two-month Exposure Class, where they are divided into groups and introduced to a wide variety of subjects—such as music, dance, drama, writing, science, sculpture, handicrafts, and painting. Each week focuses on a new subject, helping children explore different arts and fields before they decide on their main area of interest

एक्सपोज़र क्लास -

किलकारी में बच्चों के नामांकन के बाद 2 महीने का एक्सपोजर क्लास होता है। इसमें सभी बच्चों को अलग-अलग समूहों में बांटकर नामकरण किया जाता है। कुल आठ विषयों जैसे संगीत, नृत्य, नाटक, लेखन, विज्ञान, मूर्तिकला, हस्तकला और चित्रकला का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता है। हर सप्ताह एक नया विषय सिखाया जाता है, ताकि बच्चे विभिन्न कलाओं और क्षेत्रों का अनुभव कर सकें। इस प्रक्रिया से उन्हें अपना मुख्य विषय चुनने में मदद मिलती है।

Training System– Sopan

Sopan is Kilkari's unique training process. Children are grouped based on their proficiency level, and each group progresses through four stages over four years:
● First Year: Ankur
● Second Year: Kopal
● Third Year: Tarun
● Fourth Year: Sarathi
Children move from one group to the next each year, following a structured syllabus designed to enhance their skills and knowledge.

प्रशिक्षण प्रणाली /सोपान -

सोपान किलकारी की अनूठी प्रशिक्षण प्रक्रिया है। इस प्रक्रिया में बच्चों को चार वर्षों तक अलग-अलग समूहों में रखा जाता है। प्रत्येक प्रशिक्षण समूह को उनकी दक्षता के स्तर पर बांटा गया है। सोपान के अनुसार-
1. प्रथम वर्ष अंकुर
2. द्वितीय वर्ष कोपल
3. तृतीय वर्ष तरूण
4. चतुर्थ वर्ष सारथी
निर्धारित पाठ्यक्रम के अनुसार सोपान के चारों चरण में बच्चों को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता है | हर वर्ष बच्चे अपने पिछले समूह से अगले समूह में आगे बढ़ते हैं|

Anokhi Pariksha ( Unique Examination)

To eliminate the fear of exams, Kilkari has introduced the Anokhi Pariksha—a unique approach to evaluation. In this system, children not only take traditional exams but also showcase their talents and skills in creative ways. In a stress-free environment, children prepare their own syllabus and question papers, celebrating learning and growth rather than just testing knowledge.

अनोखी परीक्षा -

बच्चों के मन से परीक्षा का भय दूर करने के लिए किलकारी ने एक नई पहल की, जिसे अनोखी परीक्षा का नाम दिया गया है। इसमें पारंपरिक परीक्षाओं से हटकर, बच्चों की प्रतिभा और कौशल का मूल्यांकन अनोखे और रचनात्मक तरीकों से किया जाता है। तनाव रहित माहौल में बच्चे अपना पाठ्यक्रम एवं प्रश्न-पत्र का निर्माण स्वयं करते हैं। इस मूल्यांकन को मूल्यवर्धन के एक उत्सव के रूप में किया जाता है।
